I went in to get a bad highlight job fixed (I was avoiding mirrors for weeks), and Jody not only corrected the color by removing the worst of the highlights and somehow managing to retain the best of the highlights, but she made my coarse, frizzy hair look better than it has ever looked. The color is perfect (and now I can let it grow out naturally without drama), the cut is perfect and she created layers that work beautifully where no other stylist has been able to achieve. She gave me advice about how to care for my particular type of hair and even showed me how to blow dry it to achieve good results. She went above and beyond.
